~tamory3: I waited only * minute. Was getting info on the MeMo tablet. Rep looked up answers to every question I had. *In the end, rep & I agreed that it wasn't the tablet for me. Best Buy had no info on the tablet since they don't carry it. Asus really helped and on day before Fathers Day, no less!

~tamory3: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~tamory3: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Asus's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~tamory3: For that I would say two out of five.

~tamory3: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Asus to know who you are.
