~boxdspam: I was called in Jan **** to renew my subscription. At that time I cancelled. When I received a renewal bill I wrote cancel on it and mailed it back.**I received * papers in the month of Feb ****. Today I received a bill for * weeks. I called and offer to pay for * weeks. They refused. They also refused to provide an address for disputes.**I was told it is AJC policy to continue delivery as a courtesy. BAD POLICY when your subscriber team does not update records....they want the sale and not the cancellation.
