~Disappointed customer: My first call after waiting on hold for * minutes and was answered by a woman who did not state her name when she put me on hold again when u said I wanted to cancel my subscription to the ajc and then disconnected me. The second call answered by Lola told me someone would have to call me back the next day so I could cancel my subscription . Tomorrow I will talk with a supervisor directly. I'm very very frustrated!
