GetHuman-293165: I have signed up for automatic pay, i changed my bank account called and gave service rep the new bank account. After few days my service was disconnected due to non payment, the person on the phone didnt enter the right info in the system, no letter was received, no door tag nothing, they said we send you e-bill which was never received, when i called customer service they on friday they said well we do door tag sometimes we are not require to do it so i asked them how come you didnt deduct auto pay from my new account the lady said the new bank account wasnt in the system. She said i will schedule you for monday i requested her same day on friday because i paid small bill with account balance on friday, the lady said do you understand we said monday but we will come and have it done today, i waited all day no body came, my entire family is freezing here, i called on sat they were rude and said we will just may be come on monday not sure what time. very bad business.
