~disapointed: The manager and another employee at Shellharbour City NSW office are lacking in a number of interpersonal skills. Firstly to their own staff in front of customers, the employee was working with a customer when two of the staff demanded she do another task, that to the customer the task could have been done by either of the two offenders.*Secondly to customers staff showing no understanding of the customers desire to not have their personal information being uttered loudly so that all present could hear. Not a pleasant office to go to let alone how stressful it must be to work there with such rude work colleagues.
