~Nan Nason: I was rear ended in Collierville TN. The tow truck looked at my car and called Auto Zone to get me a new battery. When I walked in the door, Mr Robertson was headed to my car with battery in hand. Miss Patricia was inside ready for me to pay. They were both extremely nice and executed their plan flawlessly. Great customer service.
