GetHuman-405549: First, I do not like to submit negative reviews online. the person will only say the same thing over and over and that is to go to the web. the problem is that I've already done that twice before calling and they still cannot get a refund correct. Essentially they were told before expiration to not renew but they did, then contacted to get a refund and they said they would. Should be done right there but in fact they sent an email to my ** yr old mom asking that she follow a link etc. the problem was that my mom doesn't read the email every day they gave it a * day expiry. Perhaps the link would have worked but the simple fact is that they messed up initially with the renewal and subsequently said it was being taken care of without mention of yet another email. really, really poor business practices. the phone support person was unhelpful and even had the gall to say he couldn't give me to a manager as he had the decision making power. Hmmm. telephone service person saying the
