GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Avast customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-426170: The customer service agent I spoke with did all he could i guess but I could not speak to a supervisor. Avast is the program my computer is showing for the reason it's crashing. Someone at Avast should be able to resolve this issue, yet no one did or has, I was told a supervisor would contact me within **-** hours, why could they not speak with me then? And furthermore, why was there not someone willing to assist me when their software caused issues with my computer.I'm throughly disgusted with the whole situation. My next step is calling my lawyer for a law suit.
