~George Davis: I had * technicians work on my computer during the last * weeks, and each one made it worse. Now it is worse than it ever was. Now it is almost useless. I can't even get my email now. Avast won't refund my money because of all the work they have done on it. It seems strange that all the work they have done on it has made it worse. Is Avast really that bad.

~George Davis: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~George Davis: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Avast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~George Davis: For that I would say two out of five.
