~AlaskaLady65: I installed Avast and immediately lost my internet to an IP error. I called customer support and they logged into my computer to discover the error and to fix it. I then got a sermon about all the problems that I needed fixed and they could do it for a fee of $*** for * years. I told him I could fix all those things myself and he started interrupting me and brow beating me, not letting me speak a full sentence. He even called me a liar. He refused to let me speak to his manager. The rating is a * because I am not allowed to give a *.

~AlaskaLady65: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~AlaskaLady65: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Avast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~AlaskaLady65: For that I would say one out of five.
