GetHuman-174810: Called to get the payoff on my loan, very rude service representative named "Devida", who went over my info and requested a physical address onstead of my mailling address* refused to provide me with info requested* I asked to speak to a supervisor, she refused to transfer me unless I gave her a physical address. BBT really needs to review phone calls and hear how the customer gets abused over the phone.
