~heatherhansen: How can we (THE CUSTOMERS) who are paying this company billions-yes add up all of our collective interest, we make BB&T a crazy amount of money and they can't pick up the phone or at least has a phone system that calls the customer back-BB&T I wish I could find a competitor to BUY you out. Hey VP of Customer Service- yea you, you guys ****-pull your head out of your *** and fix it!
