GetHuman-239180: New to BBT, opened acct online, had questions about check cards, online banking, online billpay, quicken, checks, etc. First time spent **** minutes in phone tree, trying to get a human to answer. because i didn't have a pin. I finally was able to talk to someone, she was rude, didn't know the answer and transferred me back to the phone tree. Livid at this point. So, I called the local branch, they referred me to the *** number. No one knows what the policies are. or how things work there., they just transfer you around.
