GetHuman-110981: I paid off my car loan according to the balance due on the monthly statement or so I thought. Two months later I get another statement saying I still owed $**.** on the unpaid interest over the last two months. They are charging me interest on the interest of the loan. Monthly balance is balance due as of the date on the statement according to them and not balance due on the loan. Never do business with this bank.
