~hoppin mad: BC Hydro has the WORST payment options out there. My bill was paid in full * days late (which happens to be ** days after I got the bill most companies have a ** day payment period but not them - only ** days and it takes * - * for me to get it in the mail) and now they want a security deposit of ***.** This is BS!! They have it made because there is no other service you can go to instead and if you don't pay it, they will just cut your power off. I hate these people. Since when does an eight day late payment make them think they can rob you of your last penny? They have no grace those people and I hope one day it turns to bite them in the a$$.

~hoppin mad: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~hoppin mad: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about BC Hydro's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~hoppin mad: For that I would say one out of five.

~hoppin mad: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for BC Hydro to know who you are.
