~ray: My debit card has been changed three times this year. My debit card was put on hold when I withdrew $***.** because you thought it had been stolen and did not bother calling me. Friday we found that a ** cent x box charge from Mexico was used on my card. We had to cancel my debt card, change * auto drafts and call my accounts. I have been w* BOA before it was BOA. I am a second gen BOA. It seems like you don't mind shutting down my card if I spend my money but did not do a thing when a charge came from Mexico or for that matter out of the US. I was bounced around on your call center no less than * times. Was told we might see a $** dollar charge for the express of my debt card getting here. This is your fault not mine. Fix it. I want my credit checked for free We are considering moving my account out of your bank due to the haphazard mistakes, BOA's total lack of security, the countless mistakes made by BOA and because we cant afford to have our money and ID stolen because your not wat
