~DJDRIS68@GMAIL.COM: my atm card would not give me cash ( embarrassing situation) last night and then received a text to call a number about possible fraud*on hold for over ** minutes while driving and no human response*today over * calls and first person to answer after ** minutes told me that he couldn't help because it was a debit card . called other numbers again and when I finally got a customer service person explained my frustration ( she said the suspected internet fraud on my card as something may have been compromised) I expressed my frustration as they did not contact me and just turned card off. also any fraud would not be available to card holder as you need the pin to withdraw cash from the atm*She then HUNG UP on me at *:** pm eastern time*still don't know if I can use my card here on a sunday*also have been on several bank of America websites just to find a place to complain as they have certain topics but none to launch general complaints such as this*I will indeed switch the rest of
