GetHuman-417100: It took about one week to learn that Banner has serious issues. Unprofessionalism is just a small part of their problems. No customer service on weekends. When customer service is contacted they prefer Spanish over English (in the US). I tried to send a message but was cut off before finishing. The teller's are rude. If you do not select English as you language when calling in, they end the call. I have a question for Banner Bank: do you think the Americans living in Mexico have an option to speak English or Spanish? **** no, I know because I lived there for fifteen years. We are in America stop catering to Spanish and crapping on the English. I will be canceling my new account Monday. I will not support a bank that treats illegal aliens as an equal, they are criminals, treat them as such.
