~Rhonorra: This is the membership club number but you can reach a human by listening to all prompts and selecting 'representative'. I had to get transferred to tech support, and the lady could not resolve my Nook issue with a book that refused to download. She finally issued me a credit refund to my email. It was hard to hear and follow her directions as there was background noise. She did try to be helpful and gave me the refund when asked.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Barnes & Noble. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Barnes & Noble problem?
~Rhonorra: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Rhonorra: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Barnes & Noble's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Rhonorra: For that I would say three out of five.
