~dd: I called the customer service as the bayer product Microlet* lancing device was not ejecting as mentioned in the instructins. The lady who answered the phone made me try it ** times on the phone till I got upset and asked if she will replace or no? At that point she hung up the phone. I called back and was recieved by another extremely rude rep. I had to go over the trial of the microlet all over again with her before she agreed to replace the device. I think they need a lesson in customer service.
