~me: I wanted help with a problem. They wanted me to extend my warrenty, before they would tell me anything. The people were very hard to understand, definately not speaking English well. I was dissapointed.

~me: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?

~me: For that I would say two out of five.
