~veryunhappy: I was lied to fron DAY * and my bill has been a rollar coaster ever since. The reps consistently hang on the in the middle of a "resolution" they are RUDE. and no one can give me the same facts. It different from person to person. Cust service is AWFUL and my service is bad. THEN you try to charge THOUSANDS to cancel even though multiple reps lied to me. One right to me face in person. NOT IMPRESSED WJAT SO EVER
