~LC: The worst ever service I have had with a mobile company. cheaters, liars, dismissive. Even though it was clearly in the system that was a mistake, none of the ** guys I talked did anything to correct it. I had to deal for * months and escalate this, until the accounting service accepted the mistake but told me that they could not change it as it was in the system already. So they asked me to pay for * months for a service which I never received from bell as I had gone with another company after duly cancelling the service with Bell. They had the cancelation in the system but kept sending me emails. A very negative experience, everyday I could talk with Bell guys my all day would be filled with so much negativity from the way they ignored the problem, but lied every time saying: smile, we sorted out the problem. And still the bill continued to add up for a service nor required neither received. Stay away from such cheaters!

~LC: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~LC: For that I would say three out of five.
