GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-halst6: I should get a refund to my Best buy gift card. Customer service wanted me to talk to gift card department, but gift card department sent me back to customer service. No one seems to have any authority to solve my problem. Can't even send email to their customer service. This is what I get when trying to send an email from Best buy website:*"We’re sorry, your message could not be sent."
