GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Best Buy customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~John E: Chat agent was fine, referred me to **** number. No resolution available. Purchased a collectors edition DVD set (valued at $***) and found Season * missing. Have returned to home in New Zealand where upon opening the packaging found that season * was missing - each season is presented in its own folio within a file box for the complete series. Best Buy not willing to ship replacement product or missing season to resolve - they asked if I could ship the incomplete product back (whiich I can for around $***) but Best Buy not willing to pay for shipping. No resolution offered. Seemed simple enough for them to ship the missing season to a local IN address, but no - could not do that either.
