~J Rapp: It took * days...and a few bad calls and siconnects before I got a GOOD service rep. You DO need to fix that, HOWEVER:*I want to compliment an extraordinary and patient guy on the Geek Squad by the name of: Gerard Menos. If anyone HIGHER up reads this, hold on to him as long as you can, because GEEKS like him are rare and special! He is not only brilliant (quiet educated too), but, spent a long time with me, explaining things, helping me do things for my new computer I could never havd done alone. He's funny too! It makes one feel not as stupid when asking questions. Just keep an eye on Agent Menos. He is the cream of the crop! J Rapp

~J Rapp: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~J Rapp: For that I would say five out of five.
