GetHuman-167091: I will never purchase anything from this store after witnessing the way they handled a friend of mine today. also Samsung customer service is just as bad. My friend purchased a Samsung galaxy tablet and it hasn't worked properly since she bought it. When she takes it back to them they give it back and say it seems fine and she gets it home and it doesn't work again. finally after all this time waitng they are sending it back to be reburbished which is ********.she payed for a new one not a refurbished one.The geek squad warranty is also a joke.dont ever purchase extended warrantys they are a waste of money. The price she payed for the warranty she could have just bought a new tablet again. so instead of just giving her a replacement they are sending it away to who knows where. ***** YOU BEST BUY AND GEEK SQUAD !!!! NUFF SAID
