~nevermore: Bought a new dishwasher and set up delivery*install at that time. Needless to say, a complete *****-up. Dishwasher arrived on time, its sitting in the middle of the dining room...the removal of the old unit, take away and install of the new unit is still up in the air. Might be able to get to it this Saturday!!!! Bought this unit on April **th - if I'm lucky, will only take * - * weeks from delivery. Heard every excuse in the book as to why they couldn't meet their original schedule. One thing Best Buy is good at is stonewalling. Last purchase from these folks.
