~chuckie: Bought Sony headphone. Opened at counter after paying. Item was scratched on left ear piece. So I wanted a new one. Was told need to go upstairs return then come down and buy new one ????? Ok they wanted my I'D. I asked why I paid cash. Its the only way to get refund. So now I am forced to give up ID. Into thier system. I told rep I wasn't happy with this that these accounts get hacked her reply they all get hacked. Niceeeeeeeeee to know and the mgr had no answer and simply walked away. I want to give one big **** YOU TO BEST BUY. Im done with you. Merry Christmas
