~gregm777: Called today (**********) to inquire about an online purchase I hadn't received yet that was shown to have been shipped on December *rd. The tracking number provided was of no use as it said there was still no information on the shipment now ** days after the time it was supposedly shipped. The customer service representative said I should have received it on the **th and that they would ship out another item today and I will have it before Christmas. All in all a pleasant experience.

~gregm777: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~gregm777: For that I would say one out of five.
