~kathi wade: As I waited for the Geek Squad on hold for ** min. finally i got an answer. Asked my question and was told I needed the Geek Squad. Really, after I pushed the correct button I did not get where I needed to go. On hold again. Finally when I got a person. I asked my question. How do I get on my PC without always putting in my password. The reply. I don't know, I'm sure there is a way, but I don't know. So I asked my second question. I was asked if I wanted to do a survey, and other irrelevant questions. Told the female I needed to go to work can we take care of what I called about. More circles. I told her once again what I was calling about. She said "well if you don't have time" and hung up on me. Kathi Wade, Bend Oregon

~kathi wade: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~kathi wade: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Best Buy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~kathi wade: For that I would say five out of five.

~kathi wade: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Best Buy to know who you are.
