GetHuman-372297: OMG!! After finally getting to a Supervisor, I found out they sent my refund check to an incorrect address. They refused to reissue the check or arrange for me to pick it up at the store where I left the useless keyboard. But that's not all. They called my local sheriff's office and complained that I had called them too many times. I'm full of shock and outrage. If only one of the many people I've had to talk to about getting the refund I am do had done their job and done it, I don't know, CORRECTLY, I would not have had to keep calling, not to mention the many times I was hung up on and put on terminal hold. This might be funny if it weren't so bloody insulting. And what about taking up the valuable time of San Diego County's finest reporting an irate customer!?! Unbelievable.

GetHuman-372297: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-372297: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Best Buy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-372297: For that I would say one out of five.

GetHuman-372297: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Best Buy to know who you are.
