~Very displeased customer -_-: I have been dealing with best buy costumer service for about two months now and I still haven't received any solution. I recently purchased a new sony *k tv from them and spent the extra *** dollars for the insurance so that my television would last me a good amount of time but after * short months my television is busted and all they have to say is "Buy another one." and that is not good costumer service if you ask me or product ownership.
