GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Best Buy customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Fool me once: I called these guys to ask why my order's delivery had been postponed twice, and was told they oversold the product online. They had charged my credit card for * weeks, and had not yet delivered anything. Guy on the line was nice enough to hang up and call back once he found out they had no more items in stock. He offered me a more expensive but inferior item as a replacement for my original purchase. I knew it wasn't his fault, so I wasn't upset with his answer, but for future big-ticket items I will avoid Best Buy like the plague. I suggest everyone else do the same.
