GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Best Buy customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~mgaax: I'm a senior. Retired Hospital Administrator and College Professor. I WAS going to buy a KINDLE at your Westminister Store, California. After waiting * min. the store 'manager' Jennifer was walking up the row I was in and asked if I needed help. Yes, I said. She said (walking away) I'll get someone. After another ** minutes, a young girl, chewing gum, talking on a phone, asked what I needed. When I explained I was inquiring how to operate the Kindle, she turned, spoke to another employee then turned back to me and said: "what"? While still talking on the phone! I left her, found the 'manager', explained to Jennifer the issue and she said: Sorry!!!!! Now if any of my nurses disrespected ANY patient or family member, they'd b gone! I realize my purchase was going to be ONLY $*** and to you thats no money. But customer service is what you sell, NOT products. You lost your good will today. The service was horrible. Getting older ****** receiving NO help nor any concern, is worse. Ask you
