~lindsey0207: went I the store to purchase a new phone for a deal that they had.... there computer system wouldn't allow them to add a new line to my account so I had to go to the Verizon store to have them allow the transaction... Verizon said I was good to go there should be no issue.. best buys manager said that sometimes there system just blocks cerian account, even though I added a new line at best buy a few weeks prior.. asked if they would be able to compensate for the difference. they said no that there is no way they could do that they couldn't help me... wtf?
