GetHuman-76440: I had a charge problem where I was given a refund and then had it taken away. I had a bad couple of days stay at a Houston, Texas Best Western where I was double charged and didn't have a room for almost * hours. The customer service rep said they couldn't do anything because they are independently owned. Very horrible hotel chain.
