~ANON: All BBB numbers are automated and selecting option to speak to a rep just says they are closed and call back during business hours. I called during business hours ... go figure. The BBB does NOTHING anyways so stop wasting your time, REVOLUTION is the only thing that will change GOVERNMENTS and corrupt companies!!!

~ANON: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ANON: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Better Business Bureau's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ANON: For that I would say five out of five.
