~Judith Small: My experience with bloomingdale's has been a nitemare.. I open my account and the first order bloomindales's had the wrong address and I did not receive the package, my neighbors thought I was nuts for knocking on everyone's door to see if anyone had seen the package, no one had,,, I sent about *** emails and then said , I just did not care. not to worry about anything, Bloomingdale's then sent another package and I sent it back as I did not want to do buisiness with Bloomingdale's.. I finally decided to buy again, and two of the items I returned for exchange after begging for an exchange form,, ''they never send you an exchange form'',, I never got but one, so I made copies and sent the two items back after about ** emails,then I received a rewards card that would not work , and I called in, and they took the numbers and guess what,, they made it a charge instead of a credit to my account..The return*exchange reach Bloomingdales, and one they did right and still have not receive the e
