~FloridaBlueSUX: Had I known any of this prior to signing up with Florida Blue I NEVER would have chosen them. The website *** and trying to get a live caller is next to impossible. After ** minutes of pressing buttons to Questions they repeated and repeated they gave me the option to speak to a representative. I press that button and i hear " Thank you, goodbye ". Thank you for what ?? Letting me waste over a half hour of time?....??....?? I realize now why they have a form sent telling you to call the number for "Initial Payment Only". They make it easy for them to rope you in then they ******* you. Never ever dealt with a company like this. Shameful
