GetHuman-342971: I understand some businesses must close down due to weather. But I found at least ** different numbers for BCBS of NC and everyone of them had the same message "closed due to increment weather".. I also tried last week to call customer service with the same message for all numbers" closed due to increment weather.. Come on people... everyone out... all offices shut down.... I waited on them to send my packet and ID cards of which I continue to pay for week to week for almost two months now and still haven't received them... Part one... my fault.. I needed to turn in a change of address of which I did thru my employer and then tried to with BCBS for the last couple of weeks and still haven't gotten an answer to fix this nor do I have my ID cards and information... And cant get any information at all online.. why?? you may ask... well, Because I don't have my ID Cards with the number to enter..*I will spend another week trying to Contact BCBS and see if I cant use some of the benefits of
