GetHuman-268145: I could not get a live person to talk to. The voice response system kept telling me my numbers were invalid, and then hanging up on me. You need to make an option to get to a live person from the stinking voice response system. I have been trying for * hours to get someone. You have a little symbol to talk to a human, but I don't have a clue what the symbol means.
