~DRH: I needed to talk to a particular individual in the employee group section who insists that BCBS be allowed to draft a municipal agency's account for payment of the monthly premium and that the Mississippi Attorney General has opined that it is permitted by state law. When a live person answered in the employee group health section, I gave the name of the individual as the one with whom I needed to speak. I was put on hold. After several minutes I was told by a mechanical message that if I wished to keep holding press a number, which I did. After a total of * minutes of holding, a mechanical voice told me I had the option of continuing to hold or I could e-mail my inquiry. I chose the continuing to hold option but suddenly someone terminated the call.
