GetHuman52708: I bought a chair, received it three days ago and it is extremely uncomfortable. Absolutely HATE it! Spoke to a customer service representative and she said no returns. I am SHOCKED by your policies and the lack of compassion for your customers. I have bought a lot of furniture from you in the past, for myself and my children. NEVER AGAIN ! You need to change your policies and you have lost my business. I will NEVER recommend you again. I do expect a response and I insist on a refund.
