~Ribaut Road, Beaufort S.C.: I waited at the drive thru for ** minutes with no cars ahead of me....I said HELLO into the speaker several times with no response. I then proceeded to drive up to the window and informed the employee at the window that their speaker was not working properly and that I had been waiting at the speaker for about ** min. So I placed my order and then a manager told her that I would need to drive back around after the line was already about * or * cars behind me. I told her nevermind and left. I just the if is REDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! So it is my fault that the speaker doesn't work???? And instead of treating me with good customer service and taking my order and fixing my food, I was told to go back around again! You seriously need to train your employees on customer service skills.
