GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-alfredru: I bought a blazer at the Queensbury, NY store on Labor Day. We returned from our Vermont summer home to NYC and found that the clerk had left the electronic tag on the jacket. Our dry cleaner said he wouldn't touch it as it might explode and spray ink. Repeated calls to the Bonton "Customer Care" department brought no relief--they have nothing to help the customer but a return to the store. There is no human connected with Bonton who will answer the phone. Amazing?!
