GetHuman-412510: *rd call I have made to get charges taken off credit card for something returned * wks ago! I even have proof they signed for the return and I still have to go thru a whole run around with each call. Worse service I have ever had anywhere. Been a loyal customer for yrs. Not anymore B&N is right across the street!
