~scooter: I have called * times and they do not know their product. I have a blue ray player from panasonic that gives me netflix with a good interface. Netflix would not load movies on this device in canada. I returned the first box at the suggestion of tech support only to have the exact same problems. The apps they brag about***** are a joke. The only good app is netflix wich does not work. I will return this *nd unit tomorrow.
