~The Barrel: Really concerned about the standard of BA service at airport and on airplane, after this abysmal experience with their staff on the ground. Maybe should change my airline for better service? Thomsons and Thomas Cook have always been excellent in the past. Think BA is now down there with Easyjet and Flybe.
