~South Africa Traveller: BA takes advantage of customers especially in areas where they dominate. I tried to call them for more than a month and all the time was unable to get to them through this * *-***-***-****. The system just says "Due to a huge call volume your call can not be completed. Try again later" and it disconnect you. At least the number from Get Human was able to place me in a queue although I held for a LONG LONG time. This is the worst I have experienced. Will not travel BA again!!

~South Africa Traveller: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~South Africa Traveller: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about British Airways's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~South Africa Traveller: For that I would say one out of five.
